Hoping to fill the galaxy with more helpful experiments, the Grand Councilwoman has tasked Dr. J with creating more. With crime down galaxy-wide, the Grand Councilwoman has gifted and created a new lab. Dr. J decides to invite visitors into his lab to create experiments that address their own individual needs.
